Heat Therapy:
Place in microwave and heat in twenty second intervals until optimal warmth is achieved. Always test temperature before using. Cozys should feel warm, not hot, to the touch. Enjoy radiating warmth for
up to 40 minutes.

Cold Therapy:
Place Cozys in a sealed plastic bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of six hours. overnight. May be left in freezer indefinitely
until ready for use.

Care:
Remove grain packs. Wash Cozys in cold water. Hang until dry.
Do not wash or get grain packs wet.
