To Heat:
Gently heat in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes on a towel. (Always check temperature to ensure that warmth is safe before use). Do not overheat.

To Chill:
Place in a plastic bag and freeze.

Care:
Hand wash outer cover with delicate cleaner and fluff dry with a
blow dryer. Do not submerge herbal insert in water or liquid.
