Shipping Information

Shipping and handling charges are based on the combined merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address.

Dream Essentials uses UPS and USPS as its main carriers. In most cases the customer gets to choose which method they prefer.

USPS is typically the lowest cost service although tracking capabilities for a package is extremely limited and delivery time is much slower.

UPS Shipping

Dream Essentials offers UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Shipping Options.

UPS Tracking

UPS offers full tracking capability and a guaranteed delivery time. When a UPS delivery method is selected, you will receive an email notification from UPS with a tracking number and a scheduled delivery date.

Exception to UPS Guaranteed Delivery Times

The following situations void UPS guaranteed delivery times and shipping refunds will not be accommodated:

Observed Holidays please add one business day to your delivery time if your shipment is in transit during the above listed closure dates.

Acts of God, weather or natural disasters

On Time Delivery Attempts recipient unavailable to receive package or refusal of package

Incomplete or Incorrectly Addressed Packages such as wrong street number or zip code, or access codes not provided for gated communities/apartments

A physical address is required for UPS delivery as UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

Orders valued at $150 or more ship via UPS with an "adult signature required".

USPS Standard Mail

This service does not have tracking capability. The postal service does not guarantee a certain number of days for delivery, usual delivery time is 7 - 10 business days (not including the day your order ships).

Sales Tax

6.75% sales tax will be applied to all purchases with a shipping address destined within North Carolina.

International Shipments

Dream Essentials is pleased to accommodate our international customers. Unless otherwise specified International Shipping is with USPS International shipping methods.

Processing your Order

Due to the time and preparation involved with processing international orders, a handling fee has been incorporated into our shipping cost. (Processing of international packages must be completed in person at a United States Postal Service facility).

Delivery Time

Although EMS does not provide a guaranteed number of days for delivery, usual delivery time is within 7 - 15 business days, pending normal customs clearance. Customers must wait a reasonable time for an international item to be transported to and delivered in the foreign country before initiating an inquiry. Please wait 10 business days from the mailing date before making an inquiry with Dream Essentials.

Duties and Taxes

Recipient of package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes.

Dream Essentials is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package.

Prior to completing an order with Dream Essentials you will be presented with a screen explaining the possibility of customs fees being levied. You will be required to acknowledge that you are aware of such fees prior to entering your credit card details.
