Product Guarantee

Dream Essentials provides the finest qulaity sleep masks in the world and we stand by our products.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase just return it within 45 days for an Exchange or Refund.

Product Quality

If on arrival your product is damaged or has any type of manufacturing defect, then Dream Essentials will Exchange the item immediately or provide a Refund for the item.

Exchanges

If the product did not work for you, then just let us know within forty-five days after the date of your purchase and you'll have our no-fuss exchange arrive promptly at your doorstep.

Returns

If you choose not to exchange the merchandise, just notify us and we will give you a returns number; attach the number to the product and simply return the product to us. On receipt we will refund to you the purchase price of the product.

Please allow 5 Business Days for processing of your Return, all items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full and prompt refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping and handling.

Refunds will be credited by the same form in which payment was made for the original purchase within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Body Pillows - Comfort-U and Snoozer Body Pillows, due to health and sanitary reasons, once your body pillow has been opened, it is considered "used" and may not be returned for credit.

Pillowcases: Product cannot be returned once seal has been broken.
