Directions
As a Body Mist - Spray on your neck and shoulder and or close your eyes and spray on to your face, do keep your eyes shut when doing this and only a light spray is required.
As Linen and Pillowcase Spray - Spritz your pillowcase and sheets near where your head rests, then rest your head on your pillow and drift off into a sound and relaxed sleep
As a Space Spray - Spray into the air above where your head will be resting in bed just before you turn off the light .
