Directions

Turn Bottle upside down and hold bottle about 1/4" away from your finger tip. Gently tap the bottom oft he bottle until a drop appears.  Apply a few drops to your temples, back of neck and below your ears just before you turn out the light. Rest your head on your pillow and drift off into a sound and relaxed sleep.
