This mask is great for blocking light, it is made of a simple construction with a stiff front plate attached to foam. For me I need a mask that can stay on all night, this one did well at staying on in bed. I found the front plastic plate a little too stiff for my liking and not the best when you are trying to snuggle up in bed. The strap is a little on the harsh side and this could benefit from being made from softer materials, more like the Escape Mask. The Mindfold is a good basic robust mask and will suit a back sleeper rather than a front or side sleeper. Pros: Simple Construction, Good Light Blocking, Fully Adjustable Strap, Eye Cavities Cons: Best For Back Sleeper, Strap is rougher than Escape
