I have pretty small ears- most earbuds don't fit me and the custom cap kind as xs or s for me. However, these fit me just perfectly. My old earplugs (a generic women's style plugs) seemed like they filled up my head and it was uncomfortable, but these were just right. I've never had an issue with them falling out. They are also very soft and squishy which is endlessly amusing. They cut out ambient noise very well. My husband uses them, too, he has about medium ears and they are fine noise dampeners nor does he have an issue with them falling out, and he rolls around alot in his sleep and sometimes while on his computer when he's trying to focus. He has also managed many a use out of them by maintaining clean ears. They are surprisingly durable!

Good, but not great. A tight fit for small ears. I prefer an earplug made from a more malleable material for getting a better fit. These sometimes fall out.
