How do I Return or Exchange a Product?

Please follow this procedure if you want to Return or Exchange a product you have purchased from Dream Essentials.

Process Method

1. Email customercare@dreamessentials.com and tell us...

a. Your Full Name

b. Order ID number/Order Number (on packing slip that came with the product)

c. If you know then mention the Product Name for Return or Exchange

d. Quantity being Returned or Exchanged

e. If Exchange Item include name of replacement product that you are requesting.

2. Alternatively you can call customer care 919 439 4889 and give the information over the phone. (Note Customer Care Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time)

3. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA)

4. Pack your items and include a note (or the copy of the email) that has on it…

a. Your full name

b. Order ID number/Order Number (on packing slip that came with the product)

c. Product Name for Return or Exchange

d. Quantity being Returned or Exchanged

e. If Exchange Item include name of replacement product that you are requesting

f. Your Return Authorization Number RA#______

5. Send the return item package to

Also put on the outside of the package “RA#_____” your Return Authorization number.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited by the same form in which payment was made for the original purchase within 5 business days.

Exchange

On Receipt of your returned product your exchanged item will be sent to you. If there is any refund or additional charge that will be processed within 5 business days using the original form of payment.
